Construction of Multipurpose Sports Facility for KR Sports Club

This contract involves the design and construction of a new multipurpose sports facility for the KR sports club located in Reykjavík, Iceland. The facility will cover approximately 6,700 square meters and will feature a 4,400 square meter indoor sports hall specifically designed for artificial turf football practice and 8-a-side competitions. Additionally, the facility will include an annex with offices, meeting rooms, and spaces designated for taekwondo and other sports activities. Key components of the project include architectural and engineering design, earthworks, structural works, interior and exterior finishing, installation of utilities and fixed equipment, and the final completion of the surrounding site.
