Supply of IT Equipment and Software for Zamość Library

The contract involves the delivery of IT equipment, software, and server room equipment, as well as training in digital skills for the Zamość Library. Key components of the contract include: 1) Implementation of a library system and software for e-services, 2) Purchase of IT equipment, 3) Provision of training to enhance digital skills and cybersecurity. The contractor must deliver brand new, unused equipment that is technically sound, free from legal and physical defects, safe, complete, and ready for use. The contractor is also required to provide a warranty, maintenance service, software licenses, and documentation in Polish. Delivery and installation will take place at designated locations within the Zamość Library and its branches, at a time agreed upon with the library director. All requirements outlined in the contract are mandatory, and failure to meet them will result in the rejection of the offer. The contractor must ensure accessibility for all users, particularly for individuals with disabilities. The buyer is the City of Zamość, and the deadline for submissions is October 31, 2025.
