Brief
The contract involves the delivery of new IT equipment, software, and server room equipment, as well as training in digital skills for the Zamość Library. Key components of the contract include: 1) Implementation of a library system and e-service software, 2) Purchase of IT equipment, 3) Provision of training to enhance digital skills and cybersecurity. The supplier must provide brand new, unused equipment that is technically sound and free from legal and physical defects. The contract also includes a warranty and service support, software licenses, and documentation in Polish. Delivery and installation will occur at designated locations within the Zamość Library and its branches, at a time agreed upon with the library director. All requirements outlined in the contract are mandatory, and failure to meet them will result in the rejection of the offer. The supplier must ensure accessibility for all users, particularly for individuals with disabilities. The contract prohibits the involvement of subcontractors or suppliers that fall under certain categories as specified in EU regulations.
