Architectural and Technical Services for Kindergarten Construction in Brno

This public procurement contract involves the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a new kindergarten in Brno - Maloměřice and Obřany, specifically at Pod Hády. The project documentation must comply with the territorial decision documentation provided in Appendix 3 of the procurement documents. Public engineering networks and parking spaces will be developed as part of the 'ČTVRŤ POD HÁDY, Brno, Stage 2' project. The project documentation must include evidence of discussions with state administration bodies, opinions, approvals, and decisions from relevant state authorities as required by specific legal regulations, as well as the incorporation of any comments and decisions into the project documentation.
