Germany – Engineering Services for New Daycare Center Construction

The Markt Obernzenn intends to construct a new daycare center and connect it to the existing daycare facility, along with partial renovations of the existing facility. The first phase involves building a new single-story daycare center (regular kindergarten and nursery) using solid or modular construction methods, depending on time and cost considerations. The new building must connect to the existing daycare center. After the new center is operational, partial renovations of the existing buildings will be necessary. The existing daycare center consists of two parts: one built in 1995 and another in 2014, both currently in use. The new center will require three group rooms for regular children, one group room for nursery children, and all necessary support and staff facilities. The heating and cooling systems should utilize renewable energy sources. The project timeline includes a start date of June 17, 2025, with completion of the new building expected in Fall 2028 and the second phase by Fall 2029. The estimated total cost is approximately €6 million.
