Construction Works for Building Renovation in Karlovo

This contract involves renovation work on the eastern, western, and southern facades of Building No. 3, which is a residential building located in military area 1573, Karlovo. The work includes the installation of EPS and XPS insulation, application of silicate plaster, and replacement of downpipes and window frames. This procurement is announced under the conditions of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act (conditional public procurement), as funding was not secured at the time of the procedure's opening. According to Article 114, the execution of the contract will commence once funding is secured, and the contractor will be notified in writing with a commissioning letter.
