Road Construction for TETAROM 5 Industrial Park Access in Cluj County, Romania

This contract involves the construction of access infrastructure for the TETAROM 5 Industrial Park project, which spans 115 hectares. The goal is to ensure optimal functioning of future activities and enhance the attractiveness of the location by providing access to both the highway and DN 15 road, both located near the site. Key components of the infrastructure include: • A two-lane road with an additional lane for occasional parking, bicycle paths, and pedestrian access, with two entry points (one to the A3 highway and one to DN 15); • Access to the future A3 highway, which is currently under construction, located 450 meters from the site; • Access to DN 15 with a bridge over the Arieș River (a potential landmark for the area) and a roundabout at the intersection with DN 15. The objectives of this investment are to ensure optimal traffic flow for both vehicles and pedestrians on the access road serving the future industrial park. The execution of the works will ensure the road operates under optimal conditions of durability, stability, and safety. The estimated duration for the completion of the works is a maximum of 16 months from the date of issuance of the work commencement order, including the cold weather period. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, signed with an extended electronic signature, only through SEAP, within a maximum of 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. If requests for clarifications or additional information are made within the specified timeframe, the contracting authority's responses will be published in SEAP 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
